Research. Community. Collaboration. Celebration.
Women and gender minorities make aquaculture happen.

Developing innovative research, managing environmental resources, and cultivating commodities - the legacy of women and gender minorities on the field is undeniable. Therefore, it only makes sense to hold a conference specifically for the industry's movers and shakers!

Over the course of two and a half days, we will explore the values of research, community, collaboration, and celebration while bringing together the current and future generations of leaders in aquaculture. This conference will provide attendees with networks of opportunity and support, showcase the diversity of options in aquaculture, provide attendees of all experience levels with practical professional development, and ultimately celebrate, uplift, and empower underrepresented voices in the industry. We have several new programs planned for this year that will expand our reach and impact.

Please join us as we celebrate, uplift, and empower Women of the Water.
